Winter weather has been typical with too much rain for any consistent steelhead fishing but when the water finally does drop into shape the steelhead fishing should be very good. It looks like we might get that break next week, I will keep my fingers crossed, but for the mean time I’ll just tune in to my ipod dock for some great music, Sturgeon fishing on the Willamette has not been too bad, there are keepers too be had if you are willing to put the time in. I will be going out tomorrow with the top and heater.
